[SciPy-Dev] welcome Matt and Paul to the core team

Hi all,

On behalf of the SciPy developers I'd like to welcome Matt Haberland and
Paul van Mulbregt as members of the core dev team.

Matt co-mentored during last years' GSoC, and is the author of the
interior-point method that improved optimize.linprog -

Paul has been contributing to (mainly) scipy.special for over 6 months -
https://github.com/scipy/scipy/pulls/pvanmulbregt.

I'm looking forward to their continued contributions!
