[SciPy-Dev] Multiple extrapolation modes for filters

Hi everyone,

I submitted a few days ago a pull request to allow different 
extrapolation modes ('reflect', 'wrap','nearest', ...) to be applied 
independently to different axis when filtering multidimensional arrays, 
with minimal systematic changes to the existing code.
