[SciPy-Dev] dropping OS X dmg installers

Ralf - yes, please let's drop the current dmg installers.  As built, they
unconditionally write over the scipy installation for the Python.org
Python, and as you point out, they only work for Python.org Python.

Sturla - I actually did write a DMG installer that uses wheels and pip -
see http://fullmonty.github.io/ and
https://github.com/matthew-brett/wheels2dmg . It installs the scipy stack.
I don't know whether it would really be worth doing that just for scipy
(just for numpy?  just for matplotlib?).
