[SciPy-Dev] dropping OS X dmg installers

Hi,

Mailing list lurker here. 

In 6 years of using Scipy on OS X I have never used the DMGs. In my opinion most users will manage there own Python stack. Using brew for the installation and using pip to manage packages. This is trivial to do these days.
