[SciPy-Dev] doc string of brentq

Hi,

Perhaps I am just checking an old documentation site... Anyway, on this
page:

http://docs.scipy.org/doc/scipy/reference/generated/scipy.optimize.brentq.html#scipy.optimize.brentq

the argument rtol is mentioned as an valid argument to brenqt, but it is
not explained on the page.  Is this a bug?
