[SciPy-Dev] 0.13.2 release plan

Hi all,

I plan to do a 0.13.2 release this week, due to a memory leak in griddata
with the Cython version used to release 0.13.1:
https://github.com/scipy/scipy/issues/2388. 0.13.x also contains a fix for
another ndimage.label regression.

Is there anything else that should go into 0.13.2?
