[SciPy-Dev] sprint mini-report

Hi all,

Today we had 18 people in the room at the EuroScipy sprint - many of which
made their first contribution to scipy today - plus Josef joining remotely
and David C hiding out in the scikit-learn room. Some statistics on what we
managed to do:
- 21 scipy PRs
- 9 scipy PRs merged
- 5 scipy issues closed, and many more discussed
- 2 numpy commits
- 2 scipy.org PRs

Thanks everyone for joining (keep those PRs coming...:) ), and Pierre for
the coffee runs and pizza!
