[SciPy-Dev] Need some help to wrap the cubature package in scipy/integrate

Just to update you guys,

since the matter regarding the Cubature license incompatility is not
closed, I decided to move the wrapper development from my scipy forked
repository to a new one. Here is the link:

https://github.com/saullocastro/cubature

if you wish to keep track of it. The wrapper is working so far and now I
will start writing all the testing functions, some scripts for benchmarking
and the documentation.

Please, let's try to include it in scipy/integrate.

Greetings,
Saullo
