[SciPy-Dev] welcome Alex Griffing to the scipy team

Hi all,

I'd like to welcome Alex Griffing to the scipy development team. He was
effectively already a part of it as many of you may have noticed but we've
made it official by giving him commit rights. Alex has done quite some work
on linalg over the last months, and more maintenance work and PR reviewing
in other modules: see:
