[SciPy-Dev] continuous distributions documentation

Hi,

I updated my git version of
https://github.com/scipy/scipy/blob/master/doc/source/tutorial/stats/continuous.lyx
somewhat. I converted it to latex to convert it, with pandoc, to rst.
However, the result is dramatic. Does anybody know how the lyx file
was converted to rst so as to get a decent result? BTW, the latex file
looks ok, so the problem resides in the conversion to rst.
