[SciPy-Dev] 'Annotate' broken in the web source code browser.

When I click on 'Annotate' while viewing source code on the web (e.g. at
http://projects.scipy.org/scipy/browser/trunk/scipy/sparse/dok.py), I get
this error:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable
to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, root at localhost and inform them of
the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have
caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

This has been occurring for at least several months.  Does 'Annotate'
actually work for anyone?
