[SciPy-Dev] scikits web cleanup

Can somebody with sufficient rights go to

http://projects.scipy.org/scikits/wiki

and in section Scikits projects, delete everything and instead put a link to
the new page: http://scikits.appspot.com/scikits

The Opt packages are not on the new links, but then, they had no link
anyway, and nearest neighbor is also not present, but that is kdtree
