[SciPy-Dev] mstats.linregress return values (#1273)

Hi,

stats.linregress returns five values: slope, intercept, r_value, p_value,
sterr.
mstats.linregress should return the same according to its docstring (and my
expectation), but adds a sixth return value: Syy/Sxx, not clear what for. We
can either document the return value, or just remove it. I'd think the
latter makes more sense.
