[SciPy-Dev] updated 0.8.0 release schedule

Hi all,

Beta 1 for 0.8.0 was supposed to be available today, and I built some
binaries before realizing that scipy.stats is currently not importable on
python 2.4/2.5. On top of that I will be traveling, probably without
internet access, from 8-14 June. So here's a revised release schedule:

03/06: 0.8.0 beta 1
17/06: 0.8.0 release candidate 1
24/06: 0.8.0 release

I hope that doesn't inconvenience anyone too much.
