[SciPy-Dev] build problem in scipy/interpolate

Hi All,

I notice that if I touch a fortran file in scipy/interpolate/fitpack, that
file along with all the others in the directory are recompiled, but the
library they are part of is untouched. This is annoying as I have to delete
the whole build directory to get a modified library. I assume this is a
dependency error someplace but I don't know where to look. Anyone know?
