[SciPy-dev] EPD 6.0 released

Hello Eric,
yes, on Windows things are linked against MKL.  In fact this is
currently the only way to get numpy and scipy working on 64-bit
Windows.
On OSX, EPD links aginast optimized system libs, and on Linux
against Atlas.
