[SciPy-dev] Latex and docstrings

Hi, folks!  OK, at this point, can someone(s) please summarize precisely
where changes have been made as a result of this thread?  (I don't need to
know what the changes were, of course, 'cause I can get those from the
Wiki.)  Thanks!
