[SciPy-dev] PATCH3: Update blitz++ to upstream CVS

Grmblgrmpf!!!

So, this should now be the last missing piece to the update. Working 
with patch/diff, kdiff3 and git on top of svn and cvs certainly is a 
complex choice of tools...
