[SciPy-dev] Requesting edit permissions.

Hi all

I have registered a username 'jliddle' at docs.scipy.org, and would
like to request edit permissions.  I use NumPy/SciPy daily in my work
and would very much like to contribute to the docs.

I think initially I would be best placed as an editor, at least at the
beginning.  I may not be able to make the Skype teleconference for a
couple of weeks, until my my internet connection is sorted out at home
(recently moved).
