[SciPy-dev] astrolib, pyfits, pyraf repositories relocated

As previously announced, we have migrated the astrolib, pyfits, and  
pyraf repositories (along with the respective trac sites) to a server  
at STScI. The URLs for the new repositories and trac sites are listed  
below. All of the previous content of the repositories and trac sites  
(e.g., history and tickets) has been migrated as well.

Those that previously had commit privileges for astrolib should  
contact   sienkiew at stsci.edu to get access to the new repository.

for the many years that they have.
