[SciPy-dev] installing openopt

ok, no idea.... I get that
Installed 
/usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages/scikits.openopt-0.19.dev-py2.5.egg

and still numpy is in my path and perfectly imported when I start python....
If someone has a hint out there...
