Hi all,

numpy.test() starts with some useful information
>>> numpy.test()
Numpy is installed in 
/usr/lib/python2.4/site-packages/numpy
Numpy version 1.1.0.dev5133

IMHO, it would be nice to have this output for 
scipy.test() as well.
