The webserver didn't come up after the bi-daily restart at 10AM. I'm
not sure why I'm still investigating. The primary error when starting is:

[Thu Jan 17 10:48:23 2008] [error] (28)No space left on device: Cannot create SSLMutex
Configuration Failed

Yet there is definitely space:

Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/md1 108G 71G 33G 69% /
/dev/md0 122M 96M 21M 83% /boot
none 1014M 0 1014M 0% /dev/shm

And inodes:

[root at scipy logs]# df -i
Filesystem Inodes IUsed IFree IUse% Mounted on
/dev/md1 14385152 816449 13568703 6% /
/dev/md0 32128 128 32000 1% /boot
none 223879 1 223878 1% /dev/shm

I'm working the issue.
