[SciPy-dev] don't you think the documentation from 2006.08.14 is obsolete?

In the page
http://scipy.org/Documentation
both numpy and scipy API docs are still marked "updated 2006.08.14".
I would fix it by myself but *numpy API doc is not regenerated* 
(according to the page
http://www.scipy.org/doc/numpy_api_docs/
)
