[SciPy-dev] don't you think the documentation from 2006.08.14 is obsolete?

I suppose you'd better inform scipy-user list as well. IIRC there are 
mirror websites to scipy API docs like for example 
http://docs.neuroinf.de/api/scipy/, so they need to be updated as well.
