[SciPy-dev] scipy license compatibility

I have added a wiki page on license compatibility issues (
http://www.scipy.org/License_Compatibility ). I haven't added any items to the
"compatible" list yet, only to the "incompatible" list. Could someone with more
knowledge on these issues than myself take a look at the wording and see if it
looks ok before I add any licenses to the "compatible" list?

Also, would a link on the "developer zone" section of the web-site to this page
be appropriate? or is there a better place to link to it?
