[SciPy-dev] Changes to the SciPy's developer trac site

Now I can't edit my own pages related to OpenOpt (there are no buttons 
"edit" no longer) and replace/attach new files in download page 
(http://scipy.org/scipy/scikits/wiki/OpenOptInstall)
Could you fix the problem?
