[SciPy-dev] Reminder: upcoming SciPy 0.6.x branch

Hello,

This is a reminder that I will be branching for the 0.6 release on
Monday.  So (until I make the branch) please don't check anything in
unless it is a bugfix.  You can check out the roadmap here:
