Well, the 0.4.4 tarball is now accessible from the http:// 
new.scipy.org/Wiki/Download, so you can use that if you like.  It's  
based on SVN revision 1544 from yesterday.  I haven't made a release  
announcement yet, since I'm still having trouble uploading the  
Windows binaries to the new.scipy.org site, but we'll upload them all  
to SourceForge soon anyway ...
