[SciPy-dev] SciPy 0.4.4 release progress

Hi Travis,

I've now built the tarball and Windows binaries for the 0.4.4 SciPy 
release.  They seem to pass all the unit tests under Ubuntu 5.10 and 
Windows 2000.  I could release them on Sourceforge and/or new.scipy.org 
tonight, but I still need access.

Thanks for your guidance.  You were right about ATLAS being statically 
linkable.  That makes life much easier ;)
