[SciPy-dev] Renaming scipy_core: back to square 1

Well unfortunately, numerix is out.

Here are some ideas:

scicore  --- still avaiable

psipi   --- a cute transliteration of "SciPy" into mathy Greek letters 
(could use symbols in print...)

nagini --- "he who should remane nameless" 's snake in Harry Potter ( 
since we are having such trouble with a   name

numerics
numerik
numeriks

   This are along the same lines as numerix (but if we are concerned 
about the numerix trademark, then those bringing a suit could try the 
"these are too similar approach" --- basically I don't want to deal with 
any future legal action).
