[SciPy-dev] Renaming scipy_core: winner is *numerix*

If you look at this page on the site link provided by Philip, there's a 
comment:

says

Note: the names "CREST" and "numerix" will have to change since both 
have trademark problems. We are soliciting naming suggestions - please 
contribute.

I don't know what trademark problems they're referring to, but you might 
have to continue looking for a different name.
