[SciPy-dev] Tutorial

I am a new user of Scipy but have used Ox (www.doornik.com) and Gauss for
about 10 years. As I am learning about Scipy I noticed that some basic
things like how to read/write data are missing from the tutorial.

I'd love to add to the tutorial as I learn myself but I get the 'You are not
allowed to edit this page.' warning when I press edit in the wiki.

Is there a way to gain access to this page or should I send suggestions/code
snippets to the dev-list (seems inefficient)?
