[SciPy-dev] xeon 64bit patch for scipy_core

gcc 3.4 didn't like -malign-double on a 64 bit
machine.  This is against yesterday's SVN repository. 

Scipy builds, and simple things seem to work, but
scipy.test() segfaults, so it seem there are larger problems.
