[SciPy-dev] Some Feedback - Best place for large recipe?

I checked out the accessibleSciPy wiki, and its the first time I've
seen any reference to the Scipy cookbook. http://www.scipy.org/wikis/
accessible_scipy/ScipyCookbook

I have a couple of modules which define a fairly handy framework for
fitting linear and non-linear 2D shapes to data with uncertainty
(plus concrete classes polynomials, sinusoids and circles). I don't
think the code is good enough yet to include in Scipy, but it passes
all my test suites, and since curve fitting is so common, others
might be interested. I thought I might add it to the Scipy Cookbook,
but it isn't clear exactly how recipes should be added to the wiki.
Plus if the whole thing is switching to Trac, I might be better to wait.

What's the best way then to add a scipy recipe?
