I concur, that is the wiki philosophy, if there is such a thing.  Just 
throw it on there no matter how ugly it looks at first, then someone 
else will fix it.  In fact I read something on Wikipedia once which said 
"never leave an article completely finished," in other words, if  you 
finish something yourself on a Wiki and make it look perfect, no one 
else will ever touch.  Purposely leave things un-perfect and people will 
gravitate to it, if it has potential.
