Dunno who is in charge of scipy-cvs, but I think it would be helpful if it
was jiggered to include the context diff of the checkin.  This allows people
to quickly scan the checkin for obvious problems and will probably increase
the feedback people get on their checkins.  If this is not something which
is a standard part of CVS, you might check with Barry Warsaw or one of the
other Python SF project admins to see what scripts they needed to modify to
get the python-checkins list to display context diffs.
