[SciPy-dev] Boost vs CXX and SCXX

I'm coming a bit late to this discussion, but isn't the issue of Boost
vs. CXX vs. SCXX here related to what weave uses under the covers?  I doubt
weave's use of SCXX will prevent people from using Boost for their own
extension modules, will it?
