I recovered the old generic_fblas2.pyf file from CVS and placed this (along 
with the include directive in the new generic_fblas2.pyf file).

Nothing is lost with CVS :-)

Perhaps we could just use interface_gen2 to create these with a different 
number as Pearu suggested.  I'm willing for that to happen.
