I have commited linalg2 with the new clapack and flapack pyf files to
scipy CVS repository.

You'll need to get also the latest f2py that contains the change
	copy_<varname>=1 -> overwrite_<varname>=0
for variables that has intent(copy) or intent(overwrite) attributes
defined.
