Python 2.1.x bugs Re: [SciPy-dev] Building scipy on Debian Woody.

Hi!

Thanks to persuasion of Prabhu, I submitted a bug report to python bug
tracker. It turned out to be productive in a sense that I got confirmation
that this is a bug in Python-2.1.2-2 of Debian Woody, and not the bug of
f2py or standard distribution of Python 2.1.x (I also checked this).
