[scikit-learn] Scikit-learn PR: "Linux pymin_conda_defaults_openblas" "Upload to Codecov" Failed

Just a follow-up saying I fixed the error by contacting the Codecov staff
and it was a Codecov server error. Did an empty commit and the checks were
successful.
