[pyvideo-data] List of missing Python conferences videos

Hello everyone,

I did a search on Youtube for playlists with "pycon",
I compiled those currently missing on pyvideo-data on my fork of
pyvideo-data's wiki for now:

What is the best way to track these missing conferences within pyvideo-data?
individual issues?

I created a couple of playlists for this (I'm not 100% sure that they are
complete):

for PyCon IT 2014 (PyCon Italia 5)

that I need to clean up for the new schema before submitting PRs.

Great to see Pyvideo(data) reviving!
