 Thanks for the contribution.  I'll be creating a pyvault-package-config
 package that incorporates these repo files, Smart configuration, and Apt
 configuration.
 I recommend that all stability classes (dev, stable, testing) be added at
 this time even though that some of them are currently empty. In time,
 packages will make the migration to stable once they've received
 sufficient review and testing. ''stable'' should be a useful stability
 class in and of itself. ''testing'' augments with the latest bleeding
 stuff.  ''development'' brings in packages that are SVN/CVS snapshot
 builds of projects and also mach development-related packages.
