Thanks Nicholas, it works for the "Open" button.

I found the following cocoa reference for the "Cancel" button :

"""
     NSSavePanel *panel = [NSSavePanel savePanel];
     NSButton* cancelButton =
         [[panel contentView]  
buttonWithTag:NSFileHandlingPanelCancelButton];
"""

Do you know how I can translate this to PyObjC ?
