Hi,

In my test below , I got "RuntimeError: module compiled against version
1000002 of C-API but this version of numpy is 1000009" after "from scipy
import signal". Is this because
(1) scipy (or one of the other packages) is not up to date with the others
or
(2)  I do something wrong?

I have an out-of-box Mac Pro with OS X  10 .4.7.
