[Pythonmac-SIG] with libraries compiled with intel compilers, intel libguide.dylib not included

OK, Now I unbderstand, thanks for clearinf htat up.

So intel made a problem by not setting the install_name of  
libguide.dylib
to the path where it is installed.

I will hack it and see if py2app picks it up.

I will also investigate the licence re redistribution of that library.

At least with VTK c++ code compiled with intel compilers on a core  
duo intel MacBook Pro
with flags -xP -parallel for full optimization
lots of loops get vectorised, and it seems at least as fast if not  
faster than gcc code.
I havent done any rigorous testing measuring performance times,
but it seems fairly snappy so far.
