Standard Additions' dialog commands lack one or two features found in 
ED, most notably the ability to do password input, so it's not a 
complete replacement for it. Anyway, while wrapping existing Apple 
osaxen gets you some nice, useful functionality virtually for free, 
it's an evolutionary dead-end and not a serious substitute for a 
proper, modern 'easydialogs' module. But I guess it'll do in a pinch 
until one comes along. :p
