If you have really installed Python 2.3.3 on 10.3 (and you're not using 
Apple's pre-installed Python 2.3) you should read the FAQ, the section 
on problems with installing two copies of Python.

You've probably done something like install Numeric into Apple-python 
2.3 and _tkinter into your python-2.3.3 accidentally.
