Yeah, that and that --semi-standalone was specifically meant to
distribute an app that depends on a (specific) system-supplied version,
not an "arbitrary" installed one, so that's another reason we didn't
anticipate /Library/Frameworks/... vs. /System/Library/Frameworks/...
